What this is — and isn't

Not therapy, not a crisis service. REMEMBER HER is a reflective AI companion. It is not a licensed therapist, counselor, physician, or emergency service, and nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
You are speaking with an AI. The voice you meet here is an artificial-intelligence system, built to carry a real woman's words and framework faithfully — but every reply is generated by a machine, not by her in person, and not by a licensed professional.
If you are in danger. Who may use this

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use this service. We do not knowingly permit minors to register, and we do not offer this service to minors under any circumstance. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, it will be closed.
This service is intended for use in the United States and other jurisdictions where its use is lawful. If your local law restricts or prohibits a service like this, you agree not to use it.

Your account

Registering requires confirming your age and agreeing to these Terms. Keep your password confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

No warranty

This service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, any warranty that replies will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. An AI companion can be wrong, incomplete, or say something that lands badly; use your own judgment, and seek a qualified professional for anything medical, psychological, legal, or financial.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service grows. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
